They completed thorough repairs and a clean rebuild. We then worked with them on a whole-home remodel, including room additions that fit the layout perfectly. Their pricing was clear, and communication was great. They helped us with the insurance process and provided all the necessary documentation. Nathan and his team were great. Our basement flooded after business hours on a Thursday, and he came out that night to start the mitigation efforts. He returned the next day to bring additional fans and dehumidifiers. He stayed in touch consistently throughout the process and was clear on pricing. Hopefully won’t need them often, but would definitely use Anatom again in the future.

Anatom Restoration and Dan Ragaglia and his team have been incredible to work with. We had a plumbing emergency that flooded a classroom in our preschool and they have worked around our schedule and set the mitigation up in such a way that we were able to continue to keep the classroom open while they did the work. Dan has been informative and communicated with us throughout the process and has worked to make sure that the clean up is complete and thorough. I can not recommend this business enough.

I called Anatom Restoration after my neighbor's basement pipe burst due to lack of heating in their basement resulting in freezing of their water pipe and flooding (6 inches of water) in my basement and 3-4 feet of water in their basement that also happened to my neighbor's neighbor's basement, the 3-4 feet of water, as well causing her basement furnace to quit working. (All of our homes are townhouses are located side by side). Anatom Restoration promptly sent Dan Ragaglia in Aurora, Colorado who is a highly professional and knowledgeable Lead Mitigation Technician who is certified in Water Damage Restoration, to eliminate the 6 inch in depth pond in my basement and also dry out my basement of water as fast as humanly possible with Dan's mandate of prioritizing a customer service-oriente

We were extremely happy with the services provided by Anatom. We had expected a long finish time and were happily surprised by the work being completed within a week of approval by our insurance company. Everyone we dealt with were very courteous, showed up when they said they would and as a bonus everything was completely cleaned up. The 2 man crew that did the final work worked an extra long day to get everything finished and left it looking amazing. I would definitely recommend Anatom to anyone needing restoration work.
