ANB Plaza Garage

This parking garage is horrible. I have to park in a garage, for work, to access my construction site. The entrance is very narrow and hard to get into. I reserved parking through the Spot Hero app and when I scanned the QR code it said it was an invalid reservation. I had to take a ticket to get in. So I called and confirmed my reservation ID with Spot Hero was valid, they told me to call the attendant at the exit and read off my ID # and ticket number and get a receipt. As I left at the end of the day and got to the exit portal, the was no call button for an attendant, nor a button to press for a receipt to be reimbursed through Spot Hero. So I paid $12.99 to reserve and park all day. Then I paid another $22 on top of that. My company only allots us $22 a day to park, so now I am out the
