Anchor Foundation Repair

This is one of the best companies that I have ever worked with! They were professional, repaired our foundation in the right way and made us feel like we were their most important project (which is crazy because I see them working jobs all over town!) I worked specifically with Leo and he was so helpful and responsive. Leo always returned my calls and often gave me a summary of what the workers accomplished at the end of the day. It felt like Leo was as invested in our foundation repair as I was. So grateful for this company! If you have any foundation needs - use this company! If I ever had any issues again - I would definintely come back to them!

Anchor Foundation took on a very challenging subfloor replacement and house leveling job for us. Working with them was easy, communication was great through most of the job, and the crew was very professional and hard-working. Despite the heavy rains during part of the project, causing a brief delay, they kept the project moving as quickly as possible while still attending to numerous details. They readily worked with us to solve some of the more unique issues we had where old and new construction merged. Would highly recommend the company.

When we purchased our home, we knew Anchor had completed some prior foundation repair years prior. When it became clear that we needed some touch ups (after over 30 years without issue), the team at Anchor was so helpful. They have an impeccable warranty, which helped us a lot! I have been so pleased with the overall cost, the communication, and ease of getting this project completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Can not say enough about the service and integrity of this company. From meeting Austin for an estimate to finishing up with Leo and his crew, it was a good experience. When it was discovered the plumbing under the slab was making the problem so much worse, Anchor had a great plumber for me to work with. As always with all repairs it ended up costing more for the total repair due to plumbing but they worked closely together and got it sorted. A friend of mine who has a pier and beam foundation had repair work through Anchor that required warranty work which they honored quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend. As a female dealing with this company I was treated fairly and honestly.
