Ed and his wonderful wife were absolutely fantastic to work with. They installed a doggy door in my sliding glass door, added a matching doggy door to my screen door, and also installed a brand-new storm door for our home. Everything went smoothly and without a single hitch. From the consultation to installation, the experience was easy and stress-free. Excellent service. Ed stands behind all his work. Prices are fair. Had three windows and two new storm doors replaced this year on Russell Island and very hsppy with results.

First phone call went great. Scheduled a time on the phone for the technicians to come out and check on what needed to be repaired. When they arrived we asked them to remove their shoes or to use shoe covers. They are the first installers I’ve ever met to fight this. Not only did they claim that their insurance wouldn’t allow it but they also begrudgingly made comments under their breath about it being ridiculous for us to request that. They did not have shoe covers so I supplied them with plastic bags. Which once again they had more to say about that. Even my 6 year old made a comment about them being rude. They came into house smelling of cigarettes. They were quick to educate us on how to get the screen out but then proceeded to lay the screen on the ground leaving a stain on the carp

Excellent Company. Highly recommend them. Eddie and Ralph came and fixed 3 door wall screens. Were very knowledgeable! They were on time and did an excellent job. Very easy to work with!
