Greg Anderson and his crews did a remarkable job repaving our property. Their planning and executions of the work was right on target. With 11 acres on the gulf and 128 units to work around, all the crews performed their jobs with the utmost care and professionalism. Our roadways were around 30 years old and needed repaving. This was the end of our rebuild program and was the icing on the cake. The new asphalt and curbing really improved our overall appearance. Anderson installed pavers at our front entry which updated our 50-year-old property. Many thanks for all the help in finishing this project.

Anderson was contracted to repave our development. The project was to have been completed 2.5 months ago. Our roads have been milled and not re-paved for weeks. One small stretch of road was paved over a week ago and then no one has been on site since. They are unresponsive to calls and texts. If you expect regular updates and want the job done on time, look elsewhere!

This completely unprofessional, disorganized company did not honor their contract with our neighborhood, left us with ripped up roadways where they stored their broken down equipment for months, and then disappeared. Do not hire them. If you do, do not pay them a penny until the job is complete to your satisfaction.

Terrible company. Our HOA gave them a million+ contract to repave the streets of our community. They started late January and were supposed to complete the project by mid march of 2025. They finished all but 3 streets by early april and were a no show for almost a month. they then grinded the remaining streets and 5 weeks later, they have still not done the asphalt. they claimed to have broken equipment. They hired subcontractors to finish the work. The subcontractors show up with their equipment but Anderson is not providing them the asphalt to finish the work. When we call them, they give us all kinds of excuses and are non commital as to when they will finish the work. We are now at the end of May 2025 and have no idea when they will complete the work. Our condo had several areas of 50-year old walkway that needed to be remediated before painting. Anderson did a great and timely job of filling gaps and spaces, grinding highspots, as well as cutting channels for improved rain runoff. Working with John, Bryan, and Ed of Anderson was a very good experience, and one that you hope to have with ALL of your vendors! They were informative, respectful, attentive, friendly, and professional. (And worked fast and neat!) Thanks, guys!
