Yesterday afternoon one of my 50+ year old garage door spring mechanisms broke and I couldn’t lift the heavy wooden door to get into my garage. I called Anderson Garage Door Service and they sent out a technician, Dmitri, to inspect the problem, recommend how it should be fixed and provide the cost of the repairs. The price was more than I initially expected but after thinking about it the price seemed reasonable to me given the special components required for the repair, plus Dmitri was here and ready to tackle the job. I had Dmitri repair the broken spring mechanism for the one door and replace the main spring in my other garage door.
