Omg this place is amazing! We came all the way from Ky to get a bunkbed and need straps. This place helped us tremendously with making sure we were good to go. This little town was like stepping into Mayberry and we will be back.

I had only a credit card to pay for an electric coupling. However, the lady at the front informed me that using a credit card for a payment as low as $1.05 would incur almost double the cost. I assured her that it was fine, but she insisted on using her own change to pay for it. I didn't have to, but she insisted. This immediately gave me the impression that the business is run in a commendable manner. They prioritize customer satisfaction over profit. The lady was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. Therefore, I highly recommend this hardware store.

We bought most of our heating pellets here last winter. I was fresh out of back surgery, and they always helped load the bags into our SUV. Very much appreciated!

Now this is place knows customer service. I need a small section of a piece of wood and after learning the small amount I needed they was able to get me a piece of the scrap pile cut to the size I needed sand charge me an appropriate amount.
