Anderson Parc by Gehan Homes

I purchased a home from Gehan (Brightland Home) in April. We did a walk through before the home was purchased. We put blue tape up on all of the items that needed fixed. On the day of purchasing the home, the tape was gone, but the repairs were not completed. The home was not cleaned and the mortgage company (Brightlyad Mortgage) did not add a person to the title. Since we signed on the home we have made two additional walk throughs. One of the walk throughs was with a construction manager that I had to meet with after the site superintendent was rude and I asked him to leave the home. The manager assured us the concerns would be taken care of. We are still waiting on most of the issue to be completed six weeks later, including a leaky pipe in the irrigation system that was supposed to be
