I ordered a Generac unit from Anderson Power Services in April paid 1/2 the amount in cash ($10,000). Was notified later that it would be August before it would be installed. After 2 months I tried to cancel the order but was told it would cost me $2500 (25%) if I canceled. This is 2 months before the scheduled install. Why? For nothing!! I should be charging them interest to use my $10k rather than paying them. Oh and when I canceled she said oh I can move your install date up. . No thank you just give my $10k back. This company is a rip off so be prepared! After this negative review the company was gracious enough to reduce the refund amount to 10% from 25%. It still cost me $1000 for them to hold my money for 60 days. Just be sure you read the fine print before signing the contract. I
