Had a roof installed about 7-8 years ago. Big mistake going with Anderson Roofing out of Pelham NH. The owner Dave told me the roof would last 25 years. They used cheap shingles and I have leaks everywhere. To top that off, the flashing on the chimney is bubbling and pulling away from the chimney. Undoubtedly, water is getting down there. I also purchased two skylights and had them installed by Anderson Roofing. Needless to say, they were installed incorrectly and are leaking. When I called the owner Dave, he pretty much blew me off. If your looking to have your roof done, I would look elsewhere. I have to give credit for one thing. The very next day after the job was done, we had significant rain.
