Leo and his team did the drywall, trim, and painting work for our kitchen renovation. He will easily be my first call on any future home needs. As others mentioned, Leo communicates so well and is extremely proactive. He is also very flexible and arranged part of our flooring to be sanded and sealed when our other flooring company wasn’t available. We also changed our minds on a few things and Leo was able to accommodate with no issues. The entire crew was great, especially Doug who did all the carpentry work. It was an actual pleasure to work with them, and the finished space is wonderful.

After talking to 5 contractors we chose Andrade Service Painting to rebuild our rear deck and we are extremely happy with the result. Douglas, who did the work, was a skilled craftsman, who listened and took initiative. Everything that Leo promised was delivered and for a reasonable price. The Andrade's team is highly professional, talented, hard working, and they delivered a beautiful finished product for us. The exterior of our home in East Sandwich was power washed, sanded, primed and finally 2 finish coats which were expertly applied. The clapboard replacement and stair repairs were handled well by Douglas, the carpenter. The owner, Leo, was conscientious, his process and communications were clear and Leo is also very responsive.
