Gary is wonderful! His kindness, patience and dedication is wonderful! He is so positive and kind and we appreciate him tons! You don’t find workers like himself anymore , he is one of a kind and I wish he worked for us lol, we will continue to use this business and recommend it because of the workers like him!

Do not use these guys! I've used them before and had an OK experience and everything went smoothly so I decided to use them again. Unfortunately, I can't say the same this go around. I spoke with Bunny originally around the first or second week of December and said that I needed a specific part, and I also had their part number from the last time in 2022, but she mentioned she had found it and knew what I was talking about. I needed a quote for the SERVICE (obviously the part and the installation). It was clear to her what I needed but that the part may be a challenge due to it being on backorder. She even confirmed my address and said if it was the same address they had on file. Why would she confirm the address if they had no intentions of coming out to install it. She said she will keep

I ordered a part for a washing machine. Employee Sunny took my call. I paid in advance over the phone. When I went to pick up my part Sunny said this is the part. The part was sealed and the invoice, credit card receipt Stapled to the plastic parts bag. I brought the part to my handyman. He looked at the part and said it looks different than the one I have. My handyman purchased the proper part. I went back to Andre appliance and spoke with Sunny again. (Her disposition doesn't match up with her name) Sunny said we can't take the part back. I remind her it's the wrong part and it's still in the packaging with the invoice, credit card receipt. WTH, you messed up and refused to take it back! Amazing service. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. The office called to let me know that Gary was on his way. Gary was very nice and fixed my dishwasher in no time. Will definitely use Andre appliance again!

Don't use this company. They give you a proposal & make you pay upfront. Complete the work & then tell you there is balance owed because they ordered the wrong part & now the new part is $262 more. Have a signed contract for $137. Owner won't return my phone call. And the Tech damaged my floor while sliding out the appliance
