Andres Flooring

The Owner / Operator of Andres Flooring is an outstanding and skilled craftsman (30 + years) and provided me with excellent grinding of the concrete floors on the main level of my home. He was very protective of our home. This work was done In preparation for installing new tile. The oldpaint was 100% removed and the level of the floor was also greatly improved. Andres was on time, worked hard for the entire day, and showed a great attention to detail. He is very knowledgeable and is Highly recommended. I will use this company again in the next few weeks. Beautiful job, done in the time discussed. Very happy with the results and glad I went with polished and not epoxy coating for my new garage floor.

We hired them for our garage floor and are really happy with how dedicated they were! Andres filled a lot of the cracks and leveled it nicely. He even took a day extra to make sure it shined as much as possible. His team explained the process very well and Andres answered all of our questions. He checked in with us several times to ask us how much shine we wanted. The floor looks really different!

This is not a trustworthy business. Do not call them. They provided an estimate, we met them several times and they did not show up to do the work. -Edit - As he mentions, they did show up. They demanded a deposit or threatened to leave. I told them we were making the payment online in 15 minutes (I was driving), or if that was a problem I would come back with a check, or even offered to have the owner bring him a check. They chose to leave. Wasted 3 weeks on the project waiting for him plus 2 more weeks finding a replacement contractor. Just highly unprofessional, sending text message demands on Sunday night before a=starting Monday morning. Apparently many of his clients don't pay him, which is a really bad sign of their work.
