He was always responsive, clear, and helpful when setting everything up, including explaining my options and finding a flexible time to accommodate my busy schedule. Much better in comparison to the treatment and other quotes I had received up until then. The technicians did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional. They took the time to explain what they’re doing, how the process would go, and cleaned up well after themselves. Andrew from Andrew and Sons Air Duct Cleaning arrived on time and started with an inspection of the system. He took the time to explain what he was seeing and discuss the work before beginning. The ducts, plenums, and dryer vent were cleaned, and he explained the process along the way. Everything was sealed properly afterward, and the work appeared very thorough. Overall a professional experience. I appreciated the time he took to walk me through everything and the advice he shared along the way. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate only and was not expecting them to be able to do the service. I was wrong. Not only did they clean 10+ air ducts, they were able to clean the dryer duct, chimney, mold build up, and installed a UV light in the same day. Andrew did an amazing job. Cleaned our air ducts and replaced our dry vent cap. The original builders put the wrong one on which was causing issues for years. Thank goodness for Andrew's due diligence and expertise! Definitely call Andrew.

Andrew and Sons showed up with a three-man crew, had me turn on my dryer, then Andrew and one of his crew climbed onto my roof and cleaned my dryer vent while the third crew member held the ladder and helped pickup the lint that fell onto my yard. I would give five stars but they didn’t arrive at the time we agreed on in the morning and I had to call to ask when they would arrive. After saying they were running a few hours behind and would arrive early afternoon, Andrew called back and said they were still running behind and would arrive late afternoon, which they did. The price was fair and I would consider hiring them again for my next dryer vent cleaning. The dryer is working much more efficiently and no longer displays a check vent alert.
