Have had Andrew Hall for work on the Pottersville Volunteer Fire Company heating systems for a number of years. Have been very responsive and have followed thru to make sure what they have done is right as we are a warming station for the residents of Pottersville. John has been a great guy to work with and he only does what is needed to make sure our systems work properly.

They came to my place of business and might I say there are not nice people. He told me it would be 3000$ to replace the hot water Heater when I declined the offer he unscrewed a pipe leaving water dripping all over.

We have used Andrew Hall for 20 years. They are fast, efficient, and effective experts that can handle big or small jobs. Rick is great! Highly recommend them!

Andrew Hall is the best - they have done tons of work at our house from fixing water pipes that 2 bad builders messed up to installing hot water heaters, sump pumps , ejector pumps, pressure pumps, etc. Johnny especially is great - these guys are very competent and easy to schedule. Really good people . I read some reviews that were not complimentary and don't get it. We have been using them for nearly 20 years. I would highly recommend. Never had a problem.

What happened to this company? I wanted a simple $25.00 water feed toilet valve changed which should take less than an hour. Instead a young man spent 5 minutes on an I-pad trying to calculate and sell me a new toilet for over $2,500.00. I repeated that I only wanted the valve cut out and replaced. Then he quoted $600.00. I am a real estate developer and told him that price is ridiculous. Then he asked me what I was willing to pay? "Really?" That's when I showed him the door. He insisted I pay him the $100.00 for his service call. I have been using Andrew for over 30 years. I think this company has been sold to First Choice Plumbing & Heating. I will never call them again.
