Company was fantastic. Home had windows from Universal and they are too big a company to bother repairs at this time so they referred me to Andrews, a small outfit. Unlike 2 other firms that I spoke with, I received a call back within hours and had a tech at my house in a few days to take measurements--and for no upfront appointment charge. 10 days later, the glass came in--and for the size of the glass--I was shocked at how low the price was.... Can't recommend them enough and even contacted Universal to let them know it was a great referral.

We were referred to Neal Andrews, owner of Andrews Glass Services, Inc. by CWS Windows as an authorized/experienced installer/repairman. We recently had Custom Window Systems (CWS) windows installed and were having leak issues. Neal came out several times for repairs because the leaks continued after storms. We are still having issues and my husband and I have tried contacting him for almost a month and are now being GHOSTED! Not only is this unprofessional, but is a reflection on CWS as a manufacturer who uses and refers him and his company. Would NOT recommend this company and will be pursuing further with the BBB, etc.

Andrews Glass Services was awesome my lawn guy hit a rock through my window over the weekend, I called Andrews Glass on Monday they came out gave me a estimate scheduled to have glass replaced on Thursday they showed up on time very professional both service techs and had my window fixed in less than one hour. I highly recommend Andrews Glass Service I also requested to have a estimate done for new shower door on a bathroom we had just completed remodeling. Thank You Andrews Glass Service Joe S.
