Rick is an amazing tech. He fit us into an already busy schedule, and was able to clean the filter and get our heat working. Another big company wanted to remove the coils completely (requires draining the freon) and charge an outrageous amount. Andrews Heating and Cooling is the only place we call now. Excellent! Rick recently replaced our old A/C system and we are very happy with his work. Our furnace went out last winter when temperatures were in single digits. Rick went above and beyond to get it going temporarily until a new induction motor could be found. A couple of years ago during 100 degree weather our A/C went out and he promptly fixed it. We appreciate his honesty and dependability. Update: He just replaced our aging gas forced air furnace. Great work again!

I have tried almost every heating and air conditioning repair service in Martinsville, Indiana and Andrews Heating and cooling is by far the best. Rick does repairs efficiently, is very responsive, and is more reasonably priced than the competition. For example, my heater stopped working recently in the winter. I called Andrews Heating as well as Galloway Beck and left a voicemail for both. Andrews Heating and Cooling had my heater fixed and up and running before I even heard back from Galloway Beck - and Rick charges less. Andrews Heating and Cooling is the only business I would use in the future for heating or air conditioning repair or installation.
