Ah, where to begin. Let's start with the vehicles. What showed up in my driveway was something that should have been scrapped ten years ago. It of course leaked oil all over the stamped concrete drive. Not just in one spot but over an area of ten feet. The guys left filthy hand prints all over the freshly painted walls and did not finish the job until 11 pm! Then they put a nice unbuffable scuff over two feet on the side of one of my vehicles as they dragged the old carpet away. The final straw was a "hole" right smack in the middle of one rooms. Since they over ordered almost fifty percent more Carpet than required they could have easily replaced it. Avoid these guys.

I needed a small job done quickly and Andros delivered! Even at the busiest time of year, I had my carpet installed in less than a week, with the furniture replaced and no problems. I chose from wonderful remnants, found the color I wanted, at a price I likes. We've bought carpeting here for the lifetime of owning our home and have always been pleased with the service.

Great company, locally owned and operated. Andros is so easy to work with, flexible, dependable and fast. Guys do great work. They have done floors for our home and our office. Showroom has a huge selection and prices are competitive. Highly recommend.

My wife and I wanted to replace some area rugs in our house. We just wanted regular carpet rather than oriental rugs or something like that. We looked at their samples, but Glen mentioned that they had quite a few rolls of carpet in stock that we could look at also. We found something that they had on sale that we liked, so we got a great price and since the carpet was in stock, we received the finished rugs in a few days ( that made my wife very happy). If we had ordered something, it could have taken as much as 2 or 3 weeks. Glen and Andros' could have made more money if they had sold us new ones, but they were more interested in a satisfied customer than a larger profit. Thank you! Dan K
