Andy Breeden replaced my kitchen floor some years ago to match the hardwood floors in the rest of the house. Over the years, as my other floors had remained beautiful, my kitchen floor has lost its seal, if it ever had one, and looks terrible in comparison. This company was recommend by a kitchen company and i greatly regret that i went with them.

We had a carpeted staircase and basement replaced with hardwood steps and vinyl flooring. The vinyl flooring was completed in 1 1/2 days and looks great. One complaint was the baseboards were scraped up and walls were not cleaned afterwards. The hardwood stairwell looks great now, but had to be re-sanded and re-stained when initial work was not satisfactory. The stringers and risers were scraped in places and had stains as well. When we notified Andy, he had a team come and paint the areas that were damaged or stained. Shout out to Ubence for the stairwell and Pablo for the painting. The price was much lower than other bids we received, and we are happy with the end product.

We had two floors plus a staircase in our house replaced. One floor was carpet and the other was the builder-grade braded flooring. New flooring was all hardwood. Juli at the office was a pleasure to work with, helped us find the right material & color, and was patient with our questions. The install crew are real professionals. Ultra fast but still detail-oriented and listened whenver we had questions or concerns and they were sure to put all the large furniture back in the original place. Nearly a year later, Juli was able to take my phone call and help me find a way to match the color of the flooring for another job we have in the house! I wish every team we work with was this good. I'd gladly do business here again.

We had a major flooring upgrade done last fall, including both hardwood and carpeting. Andy answered all our questions and worked with us to ensure we were pleased with the choices and cost before any contract was signed.His crews moved furniture as needed and did an excellent job in record time. Andy came by a couple of times, himself, to check on the work and make sure we were pleased with the progress along the way and the final result.

While the team in the office is very pleasant and efficient to work with, the crew responsible for the carpet installation is everything but. 1/ Reminded the crew 3 times that there are wiring connected to the security system, please be careful to not destroy them, and guess what? They were blasting music the entire time, and threw out everything you said to them, and jammed the carpet underneath the baseboard so hard that it killed 40% of the wiring. 2/ That brought me to the the jamming with their tools, half of my baseboard were ruined by these folks, because all they did was jamming, jamming, and jamming. The baseboards were suffered with scruff mark and wood pieces sticking out. 3/ The carpet cutting, man, I don't know how they "cut" the carpet, but I can still see the rough edge
