Andy's Wrought Iron

Andy initially installed our gate last year, and the wood planks in the gate fell out repeatedly. I paid him to replace the planks with shiplap, and he was supposed to enclose the back with an additional frame. He instead installed a bar across the back instead of the additional frame as quoted. When I expressed a concern about its longevity, he assured me that he would fix any problems that would arise. He also told me that the wood would probably swell after the first rains, which is exactly what happened. I contacted him to come fix the fence as promised, and at first he responded quickly and said he would come within two weeks. However, that date didn't work, and then the next didn't work, and then he stopped responding to texts altogether. In the meantime, the shiplap completely fell
