I recently had my air conditioner fixed by Anew Air Heating & Cooling Inc, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were incredibly responsive and friendly. I spoke with the owner, Michelle Obryon, and Brittney, both of whom were very helpful. I called them a day before, and they managed to fit me into their schedule right away. They even offered to send someone immediately for an emergency, but I opted to wait until the next day. Mario was the technician who ended up fixing the air conditioner. He was quick and knowledgeable. Overall, their prompt and professional service was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! They replaced my 22 year old AC. Great experience from start to finish. These guys did everything right. Timely quote and answered my follow up questions. Explained options to help me make a decision that is right for me. Communicated status of equipment order frequently. Showed up on time, when they said they would. Treated property with respect, cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use again.

a driver from this company was driving completely recklessly on the highway at speeds upwards of 100 mph. When called to inform the company, I was met with attitude about "them having gps and not seeing the problem". There is no reason for the attitude I was given, it was completely unprofessional at best and criminally negligent at worst. Please figure out your employees conduct and attitude before someone gets hurt or worse.

One of their drivers almost hit five cars on 75 doing over 90 miles an hour when I called to inform them, they gave me attitude telling me that the GPS had not notified so nothing was going on. Absolutely ridiculous. This company is going to be the reason somebody gets killed on the road.

Anew Air has done all of our A/C installation, maintenance and repair for over 20 years. Great company very knowledgeable, on time, and if we ever had a problem they came right away to get us up and running. Great company and we would highly recommend them!
