The salesperson Jim heard what I was looking for and showed me some hardwood flooring options that were appropriate for someone selling in 3 years. The price was under $6 a s.f.. When the carpet measure was done, Sam was straight up about them moving furniture only and said anything would be my responsibility. While I waited for the estimate to come back, Robin was extremely customer focused and honest about her limitations while my salesperson was not in the office. After a few phone calls Jim promised an estimate that day or the next. I didn't receive it as promised. About 10 days later I get an estimate with a price that was over $9 s.f. Just used Angelos for carpeting a flight of stairs and his 2 installers did a flawless installation. They were on time and never made a mess. Very professional. Our inside sales rep Robin recommended to upgrade to the memory foam padding which we did and what a difference it made. Even the installers said that when this padding is used they dont need to wear any knee pads. Memory foam padding is a plus and makes a hugh difference.

Got carpet installed on the stairs. Robin at the office was very helpful and the installation tech Martin was very professional. The end result was amazing! Highly recommend!
