I called and left a voicemail on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, not expecting a callback until Tuesday. Paul called 10 minutes later! He came out that Tuesday morning to take care of a groundhog issue. A few weeks later, we thought we had a critter above our sunroom and Paul was at our house within 45 minutes. He's extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable -- highly recommend!
After calling the rest, we called the best. Paul addressed a bat infestation in my home in a timely and thorough manner. His work was done well and done right with a full understanding of proper methodologies for removing bats in a safe manner. I had a bat issue in my attic. Paul came to my house the same day i contacted him, he was very responsive and professional. Within a week my problems were resolved, the bats were gone, the guano was cleaned up, and my attic was re-insulated. I was extremely satisfied with the services Paul provided, the entire process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend using Animal Control of New England for your pest control needs!
Paul solved our flying squirrel problem and more!!! We previously hired a large pest control company who sent a service individual who performed a very poor job addressing our issues. Paul offered a common sense solution which worked beautifully and smoothly. He is very knowledgeable about pest and wildlife control and is a very good listener!!! I have learned too much through conversations with Paul and would strongly recommend him to anyone.
Paul responded the same day we called for help with a Bat infestation in our chimney area. He resolved the issue the next day, and did so professionally, and also made it a pleasant experience for us. He stayed in touch about installation of a custom made chimney cap, and installed it as soon as it arrived. I would strongly suggest calling Pau for your animal control problems.
