Animal Remover

We had a squirrel problem and Mike was absolutely fantastic. He called 30 minutes before arriving, which we really appreciated. He arrived on time and completed a very thorough inspection of our home to identify exactly where the animals were getting in. After the inspection, he provided three different quote options along with financing, which made everything clear and easy to understand. Mike was professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Mike was extremely thorough and helpful in his inspection. He went through all the photos from his inspection in detail describing what he found and what our pest problem likely is. What we thought were squirrels are actually other wildlife! He provided multiple quotes and encouraged reaching out if there were more specific questions regarding the individual recommendations for the home. I would recommend this company. The inspection itself was free of cost and the prevention/removal services recommended were emailed with pricing quotes for our review prior to making any decisions.

Mike was patient, knowledgeable, and professional.  He did a good job of defining the problem areas and developed various repair options. This contrasts with a competitor who showed without an appointment, spent 10 minutes looking around my house, was dismissive, then gave an "all-or-nothing" proposal for an outrageous amount of money.

Derrick did a great job communicating from the initial call and arriving when he said he would. He was shown the issues and he went right to work doing what he does. He communicated everything very clearly and showed me the pictures of his findings. He explained the quotes that were given in detail and how they work. I called them on 2/3 when we discovered we had a bat in our house. They put us down for "emergency service" and charged us the $299 emergnecy fee (which I immediately paid). About an hour later two guys show up to remove the bat. Quick, simple removal-- took less than a minute to grab the little guy. The guy who caught the bat was in the house briefly, but while he was in their he told me he recommended that we get started on the rabies vaccine "just in case" in the meantime. But I'm no dummy-- I'm not taking a risk with my/my husband's/my kids' health, so of course I took his recommendation and called our doctors post bat removal.
