ANM Contracting and Adalay Interiors gave me the most delicious "lemonade" when Hurricane Helene dropped her lemons on our house! The quality of the work, responsiveness of the team, and the finished product are all impeccable. I can't say enough about the ANM team - Mat, thank you for working in our tight budget; Robert for dealing with my endless OCD-driven requests; Trevor for the scheduling, and Abby and photo team for giving me pictures that would sell my house in a minute even though I am not selling it now! My spouse and I reside in a South Tampa bungalow built in the late 1920s. After years of minor upgrades, we recently undertook a major renovation that required vacating the kitchen, master bath, master bedroom, and laundry area, while continuing to live in the remainder of the house. The project involved significant structural changes, including moving load-bearing walls, reinforcing ceiling beams, relocating plumbing and electrical systems, and updating the space to meet current hurricane and building codes. With architectural plans in hand, we interviewed seven general contractors, reviewed bids, and checked references before selecting ANM Contracting. Although not the lowest bidder, owner Mathew Czaster demonstrated a clear understanding of the project scope and a commitment to quality

These folks are great. Even though we got off to a slow start after the flood, the work was excellent and I have a beautiful home to show for it. Leo was a genius in regrouting and putting my tile floors back together. Kyle was phenomenal putting in doors and cabinets. He also rebuilt my carport.
