Once again, today I am a returning rustomer that would never think about using another irrigation contractor. From inspection, scheduling & "lead up" communication, Anrik has been a pleasure to work with. Rick, Paul and today's foreman Richard, are extremely professional. Today, in fact, the whole team was a treat. I witnessed collaboration and idea sharing that really brought my customs system together. As a contractor myself working at people's properties for over twenty five years, I know how hard it is to assemble such high quality people. Rick came out to the house right on schedule for a quote, and was able to give me a quote on the spot for a high quality 4 zone system that works for my awkward shaped front lawn. When the install date came, the team showed up right on time. They did a great job installing, and taking the time to explain the app and programming. What really impressed me, when trenching, the team hit a PVC gutter drainage pipe that I forgot was there, and didn’t mark properly. Before I even knew it happened, the team patched in a new section and repaired the damage good as new. Mistakes (mine) happen, and how Anriks team handles it says a lot about their integrity and dedication to a satisfied customer.

We have been using Anrik for many years now, despite other companies coming through our neighborhood looking for new business. They keep you up to date with everything! If it weren't for them I would forget the summer startup, the winterization, and all of the maintenance that can go along with having an irrigation system. Every person we've had the pleasure of speaking to and meeting has always been incredibly professional polite, and honest. Annemarie, one of the owners, is the one who even answers the telephone when you call their phone number! Have used Anrik for the past few years without issue. This year a different technician came out, and tells me that 26 irrigation heads are not working compared to just a few last year. They would've charged me at least $1000 to replace all of them, and he couldn't tell me if there was an irrigation valve leak or not causing the heads not to work properly. I tried calling their office several times and could never speak to the actual technician. He left different color coded flags that even he couldn't remember what each color meant, which meant I didn't know which heads I could replace myself. They've been good in the past, I hope they improve especially with their communication issues for future clients.

I just had an irrigation system installed this morning and could not have been more impressed with the team. Professional, friendly, and happy to educate. I would highly recommend Anrik Irrigation to anyone in need of a system!!
