Anschutz Plumbing & Heating

I had a great experience today with Tom and Jim. I attempted a home faucet installation and failed. Luckily, I was able to turn the water line leaking. I called the Anchutz late in the day and left a message. I a call this am, that they were able to come today later in the day, as they were on a call ib Sister Bay. They called me at 1230pm ish and were on their way. Service was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to use their services and recommend if you have any need for a plumber. Tom was extremely professional and friendly. Jim (his apprentice) was as kind as could be....you'll do a great job Jim!!!

Save our bacon when a small but fairly urgent plumbing problem arose. Came out the same day when other plumbers were telling us 7 to 10 days. Very happy.

The absolute worst service I’ve received in my 70 years. Ask for service, days and weeks can go by with no update or information unless you call and that’s no help from the office person. After decades of business at this place with our family service is pathetic. There are others business in the area that are responsive, professional, and friendly. Definitly do not choose this place.

Tom Anschultz does quality work and took great care of our property in winter 2019. I called back in 2020 to use them again, but ran into a terrible experience that left me at their mercy and put my cottage at risk of frozen pipes. Barbara Anschultz who works in the office is extremely unprofessional. She didn’t clearly explain their protocol and my property will now not be winterized until mid- to late-November, putting my pipes at risk for freezing. I called 10/15 to have my cottage winterized on 11/10. Today I called to see if they could come earlier and she told me my cottage is not on their schedule. Then she said that they had two weeks from 11/10 to winterize the cottage. I was baffled, telling her that I planned to go up 11/10 to meet the plumber. I asked her why she didn’t explain

Both Tom & Kyle did an excellent job. Tom installed a new seal on our bathroom toilet and Kyle repaired a bearing on the blower fan motor above our water heater. Todd is also is working with us to acquire a new motor.
