AT&T contracted these guys out to install fiber in my community and have thus far broken four water mains and interrupted internet connection from another provider. at this point I'm surprised they haven't hit a power line. they've caused thousands of dollars in repairs (at least) for the county water and sanitation. Low skilled workers who, aa far as I could tell, predominantly dont even speak english. So good luck asking for a supervisor.
This contractor is in our neighborhood running fiber optic. Now water is leaking from my meter. They are wanting me to pay the plumber and they will consider reimbursement.
This company is installing new cable in the Shadowmoss area. My yard is a mess and cables are sticking out of the ground. I've been calling this company for three days now and get is music while I'm holding.
Its my job so i have to love it i guess
