Never registered my new unit. Did not honor warranty, killed a train that did not make it past 8 years. Poor maintenance , bad customer service. And rigged a 5 ton unit on a 2 1/2 ton hook up. Bad juju!! Never again. Advise against this company! -10 stars in my book !!! Thousands of dollars wasted, was ripped off!!!

25 degrees no heat. Called @ 0900, the Tech had it all up by 1000. Great service 👏

I was very impressed with Jonathan who came out on a Saturday within two hours of me calling Antarctic Air! He was friendly, professional, and explained everything while fixing my A/C and the price was very fair. I am pleased with their service.

I’m very disappointed with the service this company is giving me. In May of this year I called them to come out and look at my A/C unit. They came out the next day. They told me it was the blower motor and needed to be replaced. So I had them replace it. Over $500 and 3 days later it wasn’t working again. They came out the next day and said it was a minor adjustment. Now 2 months later it’s not working again and doing the same exact thing. I called them this morning which just happens to be on a Sunday and the 4th of July. Unfortunately it stopped working the night before. They told me they can come out for a service charge of $80. I asked why they would charge me to look at it again especially because it’s doing the same thing and it had only been 2 months? He told me because it’s a weeke

Johnathan has been our tech for all calls and services. He is takes his time to liston to what I see happening and why I feel something is wrong. Fair pricing..I will continue to have them as my go to AC company. Just left on Labor Day...2020...no upcharge. Lefte knowing what we need to do. Thanks
