Fantastic and amazing guy! My pump stopped working. My husband just recently lost his job due to no fault of his own. I have been calling companies all day and no one would come help my little family out. My two little ones also play in the backyard so this was becoming a huge safety hazard for us. Jacob came out and fixed our problem. But to have this huge relief off of my chest is amazing. I wish I could give Jacob way more than 5 stars. I am truly thankful ❤️
