I’m not sure this review will matter since they’re “no longer taking on new customers,” but I wanted to share my experience anyway. I’ve been a customer of this company since I bought my house in 2018. I called recently to schedule a sprinkler winterization. I explained that I hadn’t run my sprinklers for a couple of years and hadn’t used their winterization service during that time, but that we needed it done this year. I was told that since I hadn’t used their service in the past few years, I was still in their system but would now be considered a new customer and unfortunately, they’re no longer accepting new customers. Saw them in my neighborhood and asked how much they charge to winterize. Was told “It doesn’t matter.” Then followed up with “$65 but were not taking new customers” and he immediately walked away while I’m in mid sentence. 5 stars for a great price. Took three off because I have a low standard for customer service and they were rude even for my low bar. Guess they’re doing good enough business to not need an easy $65. Good for them.

Please be advised when doing business with this company. First encounter gone wrong. A man knocked on my door and stated that he had business with the previous owners of my home. The man stated the blow out for my system would be sixty dollars (which was paid cash). Six months later I get a bill in the mail stating I owe them an additional payment for additional work that was done. I have recently spoken with the company and explained to them I never authorized any additional work and it is unethical for you to do work and just send someone a bill with hopes of getting money. The company has threatened me telling me that I would either pay them or they would come by my house and remove parts that were placed on my premises. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SOMEONE DOING WORK WITHOUT AN AGREEMENT TO B

I had Anthony Irrigation install the sprinkling system for our new home last year. We had a few problems with it. They cut phone lines to our neighbors home and the cable to ours as well. They weren't concerned about it. I called last fall to let them know that I was having the system winterized on my own. I received a bill for winterizing from them. They did disregard it after finally getting a hold of them. I called last month to inquire about moving some of the sprinklers and control boxes due to us putting in a pool. After 3 weeks my wife received a call that they weren't interested and to call Wisco. Needless to say I won't be using or recommending anthony to anyone.
