Jairo was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. They were also extremely flexible with the scheduling. Highly recommend!! I had my unit replaced with Anthony & Sons 08/24 . So my mother’s heating unit went out last Wednesday. They were my first call that morning . By the afternoon they were at my mom’s and once agreed that we needed to replace the over 30 year-old unit with almost a foot of snow and ice on the ground they were out two days later their team Was back out at my mom’s and by the afternoon her new unit was installed I. The main reason I’m leaving a review is it can be very scary when your heat goes out in the middle of a snow storm and then for it to be your 79-year-old mother‘s heating unit. Less than 48 hours from me calling them they were in my mom’s house with a new unit and For homeowners, I’d like to say a special note. The owner was very informative and took his time answering all my questions. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this company. They were punctual, courteous and great communication skills.

Jairo came to inspect and solve various HVAC issues. He was efficient , kind, and thorough, and identified reasonable solutions that will save me at least half of what other companies were recommending. Very comfortable leaving my system in this company’s hands.

Jairo did a great job he diagnosed the fact that our smart thermostat was initially set up incorrectly , he checked the system thoroughly and although we were always on emg heat and it cost us double our Normal electric bill for two months we are all set now thank you !
