Five‑star experience with Anthony & Sylvan! We just completed our pool build, and it has been an awesome experience. Every person we worked with was fantastic, a special thank‑you goes to Dexter Montague, who kept our schedule perfectly on track. We never had to wonder what was coming next or whether contractors would arrive as planned—Dexter managed every detail with consistency and professionalism. His communication was clear, timely, and reliable, and he never missed an update. He even arranged to have our final grading moved up a day to accommodate our fence installation, which was incredibly helpful given the holiday season and everyone’s tight schedules.

Greenville SC buyer beware. They say they service our area but shouldn’t. Every contractor is out of Charlotte. They are terrible with communication. They will continue to push back dates without communicating. Signed my contract in June of 2025. Started project in Aug 2025. Was told about 12 weeks to finish. It’s 2/18/2026, today should have been the last day for final cleanup and grading and wouldn’t you know, never heard from them and no one showed up. Had to remind them the mastic installation was never completed. The first available to get that done is March 10. After speaking with that company they informed me that they were not requested for an appointment until yesterday, which is when I reached out to Anthony Sylvan about it. Anthony & Sylvan + Matt = Excellent Experience The entire Anthony and Sylvan team was incredible during our pool build. From design, to scheduling to startup was a wonderful experience. He consistently went above and beyond throughout our pool build, bringing deep knowledge, responsiveness, and a calm, steady approach that made the entire process much less stressful. Matt was always patient and clear when answering our questions, kept us informed with detailed job-site notes, and offered thoughtful recommendations along the way. We just completed our pool build with Anthony and Sylvan and had a really great experience. Dillon Sutter was fantastic during our pool school. He clearly explained the equipment and pool dos and don’ts and was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He was born to teach! When our app wasn’t working, he even came back later that same day to get it set up. He’s very responsive to questions and always willing to help, often going out of his way. Highly recommend!

We were preparing for some reindeer games, but our heater was not working. We called A&S and they saved the games. Dillon responded quickly and came to fix our heater so that we could enjoy our pool in the cold temperatures. We have had a great experience all around with A&S, from design and build to maintenance calls. 5 star service!
