Anthony & Sylvan Pools

We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Anthony & Sylvan Pools — especially Timothy (Tim) H., the technician who recently helped us out. After the hard freeze, our pool pump unexpectedly shut off and froze. Tim came out and literally stood outside with a hair dryer working carefully to get our system thawed and back up and running. That alone would have been impressive — but he didn’t stop there. Once everything was running again, we noticed a small leak coming from the pump connection. Tim returned later that afternoon, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, and stayed until the job was completely finished. Overall great experience with Anthony and Sylvan pools. The design phase was well organized and Robert was very responsive. The building phase produced a wonderful result. It wasn’t without its small hiccups, but each was quickly addressed and resolved. Tim was awesome - he was so patient with our questions, made sure everything was perfect, and was incredibly kind. A&S’s price was among the most competitive and their infrastructure gave us a lot of reassurance to make sure we were covered now and in the future.

Great experience! Anthony Sylvan pools did a great job building our pool. Started consulting in the fall and designer Robert went through many changes patiently with us to get our pool right, including swim jet and auto cover. Construction managers Tim and Brandon were always responsive and I was impressed by the amount of time they were on site managing subs or taking care of small items before the next phase. The pool had water in it at 3 months from breaking ground and all items were finished about 4 months.

Absolutely in love with our Anthony and Sylvan pool! From the initial consultation to the final reveal, the entire process was fantastic. We especially want to commend our designer, Robert. When we hit an unexpected snag with county easement issues, Robert went above and beyond to quickly revise our design and keep the project on track. His expertise and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive. Our project manager, Tim, was also a pleasure to work with. He was always accessible, patiently answering all of our questions and keeping us informed every step of the way.

The staff at Anthony and Sylvan were great to work with and Tim helped us to understand the operations of the pool. We love are new backyard.
