I would give a zero if I could. This person came out for a plumbing issue with my shower as an independent contractor on behalf of a well known home warranty company. He found the source of the leak fairly quickly (around 20 minutes) and left to get a tool that he said he needed. He billed me shortly after and never returned. Turns out the leak was not something that was covered by my warranty (which I understand now), but he reported none of that to myself or the warranty company during his initial report. He simply told the company that the damage was not due to normal wear and tear and was not to be covered. This company is really bad at providing service and making customers uncomfortable. I really don't recommend this company.
