As a residential remodeler, I brought my very particular client to Kevin as I knew he would be able to get the right reclaimed oak material to get the "look" the client wanted. Kevin took the time at his shop, pulling out pieces of wood to talk about the inherent characteristics of each piece such as grain, holes, nail staining. The result is beautiful! Mari hand delivered them to the job site, our carpenter installed them, and they were finished in place. Kevin and Mari are the best at what they do, and I will reach out to them again. From the very beginning, their communication was fantastic—they provided me with so many mantle options to choose from and then went above and beyond by creating multiple sample finishes so I could narrow down exactly what I wanted. What an exceptional experience purchasing a reclaimed beam from Antique Woodworks! We were able to review pictures of the raw beam and select the piece. It was then cut to our specifications and finished and final pictures were emailed. We were not obligated to purchase the mantle unless we liked the finish product. It was carefully packaged and shipped to us and was received within a week. So pleased with how it came out and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!
