Antz Energy Systems Inc

Purchased 2 Carrier mini-split systems with heat pumps and AC from Antz in October 2022. Installed 3 inside units, two outside. When they installed one of the inside units, it was so low it would not let us open the kitchen door all the way. I told the installers that was unacceptable. They said the height was code and they had to do it that way! When their subcontractor came to seal up the hole in the wall from the prior 24K BTU wall unit, he called the manager and then Antz came out and moved it up enough to let me open the door all the way, but they still charged me $800 to do that! Starting 6 months after the install, we kept getting pc-03 error codes, essentially out of freon. The first time they sent a tech out, he said the freon read normal and units needed to be cleaned!

We’ve been getting oil from Antz for almost a decade. Had a Antz Tech come out today to fix our frozen system (we ran out of oil). Justin called me 20 minutes before he arrived. He thawed our pipes, got us heat, got us hot water again, and was a joy to work with. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a company, I felt like I was dealing with a friend. I’m as always, very happy with Antz and their caring, well mannered, knowledgeable employees. If you need help with water and heat, chose Antz and ask for Justin

Horrible customer service. Called because our pipes were backing up into our house. They told me someone would be out sometime on Monday, 3 days later after 2 phone calls someone finally showed up. He was a really nice older gentleman. My husband and this guy worked for over 2 hr trying to get clog busted up. Finally, the plumber said that he would need a bigger machine. The plumber waited for 1 hr until someone finally showed up,with a bigger machine. the plumber told us that we wouldn't be charged for that wait time. The guy who brought the machine was here maybe 45 min. With the help of my husband, they got everything broken up and working again. We'll when we got the bill it was for 3.5 hours of work for both plumbers!! Over$600!! I called and spoke with someone and explained that on

Would give zero stars if I could. The coldest winter in the last how many years. Furnace broke no heat in the house since Christmas Eve. Told us the part would come in 6 weeks. 2 weeks go by they don’t answer our calls. Come to find out they never ordered the part. Terrible service. 55 degrees in the house and 17 degrees outside the house. Would never recommend them. Terrible service.

The service tech was great. On time. Patient and very thorough. Did everything possible to solve our problem. As always Antz personnel go the distance.
