Anytime Heating and Cooling

Rewind to June of this year, the AC quit when the family was on vacation and the inlaws were house sitting. I called Anytime on a Sunday. They came out and found a loose wire in the disconnect box. They torqued the wire and checked the operation of the system and all was good. We were considering replacing our heat pump with a gas furnace. I reached out to Anytime for a quote. I was quoted a competitive price on the system, but decided to wait as I had another major home repair done in September. Fast forward to a windy November night, an unsecured shed from the neighbors blew into my yard and damaged the heat pump compressor. Terrible experience - September of last year I called and a guy came out (never introduced himself or stated his name) to diagnose why our AC system was not working. He was at our house less than 10 minutes and told me we had no coolant and a severe leak in the coil and would need a new coil. He did explain that the coil we have is no longer being made and he would have to try to find one and would get back to me. I asked if he couldn’t find the coil, what that meant for us forward and he stated that would mean we would need a whole new unit/system. I asked ballpark how much that would be and he shrugged his shoulders and said “about 8 grand.” But he said he would look into the coil first. It is now March and I still never heard back from him. We had them come replace our central air a few years ago and they were great to work with. Today we needed them because our furnace was not running correctly. They said they would be out as soon as they were finished with the job they were working on. They called with a 10 minute ETA. Thankfully it was an easy fix and our house warmed up in no time. These guys really are the best. I had an old steam boiler and heat through radiators that stopped working. They gave me options to either replace the boiler or replace the whole system. I chose the latter for a very fair price. In less than 3 full days, they had removed my boiler and radiators, installed a gas furnace, ducts and vents, and installed a new central AC unit. They were communicative and courteous throughout the whole process, not to mention efficient. I love my new hearing system. Couldn’t recommend these guys more.
