The best Heating and cooling company I’ve ever worked with. We have about 5 rental properties, a restaurant company and our home, so needless to say, we need a good HVAC company. Over the past few months, they’ve handled multiple issues for us, including water heater problems, furnace ignition issues, ac condenser fan issues and a furnace blower motor replacement. This company is the greatest, they came out to my property on Christmas Eve did an evaluation and ordered the parts and we’re back out today which was less than two days to repair everything that needed to be done, they were very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable on everything that was needed to get everything up to code, for a fraction of the cost. I recommend these guys to anyone who’s going through any problems because their prices are unbeatable.

Art from Anytime Heating & Cooling was fantastic. He replaced both our AC and furnace in Macomb Township and did an excellent job. He was fair, honest, and clearly very knowledgeable. No upselling, no pressure — just straightforward service and great communication. It’s hard to find trustworthy contractors these days, but Art is one of the good ones. Highly recommend!
