Anytime Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I now use Anytime Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. They are fast to get to your home, lay down drop cloths to ensure no mess, and clean up after themselves after each visit. Their employees are trustworthy and friendly. I have never had a single complaint and will continue to use their services. Another positive note is their prices. There are several places in town with sales teams as part of the process and through-the-roof pricing. This is my first option each time for my plumbing needs.

Extremely rude office lady on the phone. Tried to pay a bill and she completely blew me off. I called back with an invoice number and she wouldn’t help me as she “sent it to someone else’s desk”. As for the service it I regret calling them. I had to call vilandre and they laughed at the lack of service they gave us. The plumber was hours late without notice. When they failed to fix our issue they said they would send someone out the next morning. Hours rolled by without a plumber or notification. Stay far away from this company and go with Vilandre.

Awful work, showed up several hours late, and I had to call 3 plumbers after Anytime Plumbing. The sewer was backed up and located in excess of 100’ from the floor drain. Anytime only cleared 25-30’, so the job was not performed. Then the call center woman was rude to my wife when she was attempting to pay the bill. I will never use their service again and I will advise anyone and everyone to not use their services.

Well just called the emergency line because I believe I have water hammer because I hear knocking in my walls and have never called an emergency plumbing phone line before so I did. First thing I said is hello ma’am I have a quick question. The female then says “ well sir I’m not an answering service”. So I said ok thanks and bye. I wanted to know the process if I requested service and this being N emergency line etc…not bashing or saying they are a horrible business but in the customer service business and so on you can’t afford to have a bad day.

Called on Black Friday for an issue with our main drain pipe. Our sinks, washing machine and dishwasher weren't draining. I called and got what I believe was an answering service. He said there wasn't anyone on call and didn't offer any other options. Why do you have an answering service if no one is on call? That makes no sense. I don't consider that Anytime if you have limited hours and no one on call. Poor experience, will never try to use Anytime again.
