DO NOT USE Asata Moving Van Lines !!! My friend canceled their service a little over a MONTH before she planned to move (due to the sale of her house being held up by the buyer) and AOA refused to refund her $1,200 payment. It's been 9 months and they STILL haven't refunded her money. ANY moving company is only as good as their employees. You could get a great moving crew or a bad one ANYWHERE. The actual difference between these companies is how they handle YOU!!! My friend has called over & over again & they just play games with her. One guy pretended to hand the phone to a supervisor & he tried to change his voice to sound like someone from India. My friend is very kind & soft-spoken. She doesn't yell or even cuss. Vakhid and Allen helped us move into our new place. They moved all of our furniture from our old place (which is on the third floor with no elevator and very narrow hallways) to our new place with ease. Out of the 20+ pieces of furniture they moved, they wrapped and protected everything, disassembled and reassembled when they got it here, and got no scratches on the walls. They were great communicators and put everything where we wanted it. Plus, they moved everything even faster than the time we were quoted. They are true professionals that we would definitely recommend to others and use again.

These guys were great. Used them to move the stuff into my u-haul and I was so impressed. Despite it not being their truck, they packed it efficiently and with the care and consideration of the 8hr move ahead. We didn’t have any moving cables with us but they brought some we could purchase as the advised it’d be essential to prevent damage to our things. They were very right! Fairly priced and true professionals.
