A.O.B Landscape and Design

FABULOUS!! We called AOB to help us out with sod installation as well as to redesign the flower garden landscaping in the front of our house (which had been neglected for a couple years). Awtrean and team did a fabulous job understanding our desires and choosing plants that helped accentuate the new paint job that was just completed on our house (for which I had to delay AOB because we didn’t want the painters trampling the new plants). In addition to the great design, AOB also took extra time fixing our irrigation system, which had a hidden leak from pipes destroyed by oak tree roots. With added mulch and landscape lighting, we now have a front yard we can be proud of again. My initial experience with Zach (AOB Landscape) fixing my sprinkler system was phenomenal. I consulted Zach about getting a Sylvester Palm replaced in my yard which he agreed to do and gave me a price. After two weeks of being pulled around and wasting my time, I decided to go with another company. Zach would set a day to plant the palm but would not show up and not call or text (happened multiple times). When calling/texting him the next day I would get an “I was delayed excuse” or would not get an answer back at all. If you were truly delayed, wouldn’t you update your customer the day off and not wait until they reach out to you the next day? Giving one star not for the actual work he did on the sprinklers but for wasting my time for two weeks. The sprinkler work he did was good.

They did a very thorough job in a timely manner on my irrigation system. They ran into some issues with the previous wiring and gave me a GREAT deal on repairing my system. I will be using them in the future when needed and I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service! AOB replaces some sprinkler heads for me. They cleaned up and made sure I was happy with their work! I will be using them for all my landscaping and pressure washing needs. Thank you AOB!
