Apartment Movers Plus

Had an antique baby grand piano moved by Apartment Movers Plus about 30 miles and an upright piano moved from the basement to the main floor. Mr. Derrick and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They took a look around to see the best way to handle things and got right to work. They were so kind, helpful & respectful. They got things loaded on difficult ground, drove to the second location and unloaded into my home. They wrapped all my items very carefully and then removed all trash when they left. When everything was over I paid the discussed price, no extra cost for the difficult loading. The price was the best out of 10 different movers I spoke to! I am thankful & impressed. We will call again if I need to have things moved.

My worst moving experience ever. Showed up late and dropped off late. I am including images of some of the damaged furniture, plastic bins, missing nd the condition of many of the boxes. Additionally boxes marked fragile and boxes clearly marked "This side up" were unloaded in every direction imaginable other than "up". If furniture was actually covered for the move it was taken off the truck uncovered. Based off the mildew on some of the labels, I can only imagine how and where my furniture was stored before it was delivered. One of the movers was unloading the truck with one hand while chatting on the phone (using speaker) and leaving almost all of the heavy lifting to his partner. This of course did not stop him from continually haggling for a tip throughout the whole process. I had 90

Tetris all-stars here! We had a long day, but a great day. We moved my mom 2.5 hours closer to family, and our team from Apartment Movers Plus was Desi and Tony, and they were awesome. They arrived on time, and got straight to work. We kept them feed, they keep the furniture moving. They took excellent care of my moms antiques, many that were mostly glass. They were extremely patient with her, as she struggles with memory issues. We would absolutely use them again. We'll done guys.

This is not a legitimate company They should not be in business I moved out of state they were quick to take their money they did not wrap my items properly as promised damaged my grandfather clock and Piano screws missing from dinner table bedroom set damaged lab cart / one of my boxes .Mold on my boxes due to sitting in truck somewhere for a month left unattended furniture for one month I waited truck broke down somewhere nobody called me to advise. None of my calls were answered and now they have the voicemail box full to not be accountable. Taking them to court they will be out of business soon. Helped us move our daughter's new antique piano from its old home downtown to our home in the country. Service was fast, friendly and safe. The price was 100 dollars less than the nearest other quote. Highly recommended!
