They work with apartment complexes who provide substandard work. It would be great if this company had integrity instead of just chasing a bag. Having to come back out to the same unit for the same repairs either means they’re incompetent or the property isn’t able to be repaired. But their patchwork jobs are just good enough to make the complainant look petty. Apartment Turnovers is a great name to describe their work. Quick bandaid fixes just good enough to take your money.

I've lived in my current apartment for 28 years and have had outside contractors come and go..but none can compare to these guys.. totally care about your living space and did excellent work.. patching and painting my bathroom

We hired them to reglaze all the bathtubs in our university dorm and all of them started failing shortly thereafter. After repeated attempts to get a response from them we gave up and are hiring a different company to fix their mess. Be careful with this contractor.

On the afternoon of 1/26/21, Apartment Turnovers was doing work on the third floor of my apartment building. What I later found out was they were refinishing a bath tub in a recently vacated unit. During the project they funneled the toxic fumes down three floors directly on to my patio. (Picture posted on Google.) The plastic tubing was at eye level and approximately 5 feet from my open sliding door. The weather was bad that day with drizzle falling. The toxic fumes poured into my unit. At the time I was located in the back of the unit and was unaware of what was happening on my patio. When the smell reached my location in the back of the unit, my apartment was full of fumes.
