I recently had an inspection performed by APC Inc. and was very disappointed with the thoroughness of the inspection. The inspection felt extremely rushed and lasted only a few minutes. The technician primarily used a scanning device along corners of the walls and ceilings and did not appear to conduct a detailed evaluation of the areas of concern. During the inspection there were visible issues such as bubbling and peeling paint and areas with white crystalline residue (efflorescence) on the walls. Photos were taken of these areas, but none of these observations were meaningfully addressed in the final report. During the visit, the inspector personally mentioned that a dehumidifier may be helpful given the humidity levels observed in the unit, but this recommendation was not included an
