Jaime L. from Apex Air Conditioning & Refrigeration was absolutely outstanding! He came out almost immediately — and late at night — to fix the heat at my Airbnb while a guest was staying there with two infants. He was fast, responsive, and clearly explained what was going on (and sent me a picture of it working). Jaime got the heat working again, which made my guests comfortable and relieved. They felt safe and really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. He also made the payment process easy and stress-free for me (and price was more than fair!!). Excellent service all around — highly recommend Jaime and Apex Air Conditioning & Refrigeration!

This is our second time using Apex Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. We had an ac emergency, called them and they sent a tech the next day. Richard Morris was very professional and knowledgeable, offered same day as well as next day appointment. Highly recommended, our ac service company from now on.

It always happens in the summer, your AC goes out… Apex was recommended by some people in my community. They were at my place within a couple of hours. Richard diagnosed and put a temporary fix until we can find the part needed. My AC is very old and replacing it is recommended. So far the service has been superb. I can follow up with my experience with the AC replacement.Thank you Apex and Richard for helping me so quickly. Update install and inspection complete. I love that I can control it from an app!! There was one little glitch. The control panel didn’t work after installation. It blew full cold 🥶 all the time. I called them back and it was quickly fixed. I would absolutely use Apex again.

The guy they sent out was nice and he did a good job but I had to leave for work so my son gave him the payment which he told me it would be about 150.00 less then what he charged but because I wasnt there my son just paid it. They refuse to answer my calls or texts now. When I text they ignore me when I call they send me a text to text only. Terrible customer service. Dont tell me youre going to take a certain amount off and then not do it.

I recently had a new air conditioning system installed, and I am very happy with the service. The team was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable from start to finish, mainly Jaime Lira. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installation was done perfectly. My home is now cool and comfortable, and the whole process was stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new AC system or any HVAC work — great people and great service!
