Rarely do I write a review, but Jason (owner of Apex) was by far the most professional and helpful appliance repair tech I have ever encountered (LG washer and dryer issues). Immediate fix for dryer. Frank and honest about washer (repair costs are greater than a new one--but helped me sort out which brand(s) to buy from and which to avoid even though it would mean less work for him.) So knowledgeable about the whole situation. In and out in forty minutes.

Mom here, with two-under-two, one of which is a newborn. My washer unexpectedly stopped working properly, and with littles, we burn through clean clothes daily, so having a washer out of commission isn’t ideal. I reached out to Apex / Jason for assistance. He was super responsive and got us on his schedule for the following day, which was great! The day of our appointment he arrived early (so awesome) and took a look at our washer. Due to my error when scheduling (foggy mom brain), he wasn’t able to fully service our washer bc it’s a GE but was extremely helpful to provide some guidance and information on how to proceed with GE if needed. Filled in a form on their site as my LG washing machine was not working properly. Got a call a few minutes later from Spencer. Based on the issue described he knew actually what it was. They already had the part in stock and they came and fixed it a few days later at the price he had quoted. Easy to work with!
