This company is a joke. They came to diagnose my daughter’s washer then failed to order the part even though the landlord had authorized it. After finally getting the part, they were a no-show because of sickness (they had no other technicians that could make the appointment—guessing it’s a two man business) they finally showed only to tell my daughter they had misdiagnosed the problem and that a new washer was needed. To my friends in multi-family property management, stay as far away from Apex as you can. After 24 days my daughter still had no working washing machine.

I spoke with Lionel on the phone, he was professional and very friendly. He helped me to schedule my dishwasher that needed to be repaired. It's stressful to have a broken dishwasher and he made the experience positive as it could be. Bikram came and was very friendly and professional. My kids were around and he was very respectful and kind to them. He provided excellent service and made the whole experience very positive. If you are looking for professionals-look no further!

Not much to review here. Called this place 4 times trying to get help repairing a freezer in my garage. I called at different times different days nobody answered or returned messages. Finally drove by during open hours and they weren't there. They don't really do sales anymore according to the sign on the door.

My washer and dryer unit broke in my apartment and the maintenance team never came after month. My building contacted apex on a Monday and by Wednesday they delivered, installed a brand new unit in under 45 minutes. Derek and I believe the other gentleman’s name was Robert, were extremely professional and quick. Thank you Apex!

Try out multiple times get answers about their repair process, but newer get answers and feel they not really care or wanna help 😕 Bad for business 🤔
