Apex Concrete Solutions

We have a very long driveway, approximately 3800 sq ft, that needed to be replaced. We signed a contract with Apex Concrete Solutions on 10/17/22 which stated that he would back his work for 5 years. Rob came out to start the work on one day and then we never saw him again throughout the process. His workers were a great bunch of guys that we got to know they did a good job. But we started having problems within five months after the job was complete on 11/4/22. Office manager Megan said we shouldn't be having cracks this soon. We contacted Rob and he claimed that the job was done properly, which I never said it wasn't, and he blamed the concrete supplier for the problems. All we wanted was for him to come and see the problems and honor his contract. He said that what is on the contract

After multiple jobs and plenty of referrals we were left with a bitter taste in our mouth. Multiple cracks and terrible over spray of concrete that never were addressed to fix. This is what a 18k concrete job leaves you left with. Great company to work with as long as everything goes smoothly. Customer satisfaction on the finish left us severing the relationship.

Had patio poured 2-6-2023 Started getting cracks in the spring. Contacted phone and text, sent photos several times to Megan. She was going to talk to owner I contacted owner, sent photos, left voice mails. Finally spoke with him and he would look into it. STILL WAITING How many phone call texts does it take WIll NOT RECOMMEND

Guys were great & the install turned out perfect! I couldn't of chose a better company for this project!
