The APEX team was great to work with, and made our home beautiful in the conversion from stucco to siding. They took us through several different options to help us find the right solution, the contract process was very clear and easy, and the crew was very professional and efficient. We had a good experience overall. We were one unit out of 17 in our community that had old stucco removed and replaced with vinyl. The project manager was always available within 24 hours by email. The workers were quick and seemingly detail oriented. My only gripe came down to a misquote on water damage repair. We were quoted one number and they came back with the actual number being 4x as much. They later met me in the middle, but it still bothered me. Either way, everything else was great

In 2015, I hired Apex to remediate my home in Jamison, PA. All went well during the contract negotiations. It changed quickly once the work was scheduled to be completed with continual start and stops to work. Finally, after many weeks of delays and contentious phone conversations, the work was completed. In January 2017, I noticed ripples in the roof shingles around the dormer that was remediated in 2015. I checked the attic and saw that water was entering the attic and had caused extensive rotting of the roofing plywood. I contacted a roofing contractor and they told me that the issue was caused by the stucco remediation company. I contacted Apex to investigate and they denied they could have caused the issue.
